Job was clearing a backyard for upcoming pool install. Right from the beginning the communication was excellent. During the quote Ian made it clear he cared about the job, potential hazards, and what could and couldn't be done. Meant it was easy for us to prepare. Ian talked us through the process for removing our fibreglass pool, and listened to our concerns.He carried out the work very effectively, managing some difficulties such as access, and the waterfall feature rocks around the top of the pool.He managed the contractors for us – the guys who put down the wooden sheets to protect our brick paving, and the engineer who did the compaction test at the end.And when he was finished, he cleaned up the site to our satisfaction, ready for landscaping.I got the impression when Ian first called and gave us a quote that he was trustworthy, and he did not disappoint.

Active Bobcats turned up on time as arranged and kept me fully informed of what they were going to do. The removal of my pool was just done! The guys worked unsupervised and needed absolutely no input from me. The pool just disappeared. They filled and compacted the hole and laid a layer of topsoil and you would never know a pool had been there. Keep these guys topped up with a coffee or tea and you will not have a problem. I would highly recommend using Active Bobcat Services for the removal of your pool.
